Wendell Labs, LLC is a Missouri limited liability company. We build software products and share the process publicly at wendellhq.com.
What We Collect
- Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to updates via our email form. We don't collect names, phone numbers, or payment info on this site.
- Site usage data — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregate, anonymized data (page views, general geographic region, device type, referrer). No cookies. No personal identifiers. Nothing tied back to you individually.
How We Use It
- Email: to send updates about Wendell Labs projects, launches, and what we're building. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Analytics: to understand how the site is used and improve it. We look at aggregate trends only — not individual behavior.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your email with third parties except our email delivery provider (for the sole purpose of sending you the emails you signed up for).
- We do not use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or fingerprinting.
- We do not build advertising profiles or share data with ad networks.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Just email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
